Thanks to a world-class test and design centre we can offer aluminium bifold doors in 4 different threshold solutions. These are High performance, Double weather seal, Low threshold and Flat bottom. As with all of our aluminium windows and doors, Reynaers at Home bifold doors are high performing in terms of thermal insulation, noise reduction, weather resistance and security.

System: ASS 70 FD

Improved function and reduction in installation complexity as well as expansion of opening types.

The optimised Schüco ASS 70 FD and ASS 80 FD.HI folding sliding systems offer additional design options thanks to the opening type with 90° corner including a flat, thermally insulated floor threshold. An elegant feature retaining catch with a corresponding flat door handle is also new as an additional option.

An integrated structural expansion profile for system-based compensation for ceiling deflections completes the folding sliding systems which are smooth and easy to operate – an impressive solution for commercial projects and luxury homes.

System: Visofold 1000

Visofold can be used in domestic applications as either an alternative to sliding doors, or to open up an entire wall as part of a conservatory; the system will make the most of a beautiful view or bring a garden into the home. Used commercially in a bar, café or restaurant, Visofold can create a glazed screen that allows in the maximum ingress of light in inclement weather, and will also easily glide to open up an entire wall in warmer weather. Visofold doors offer a choice of opening configurations to suit any application. Choose to fold the sashes internally or externally, place the opening at the side so the sashes all fold one way, at one end, to create a single entrance door for easy access, or in the middle to give the option of a double door.

All Visofold profiles feature a polyamide thermal break that enhances the thermal performance of the profile and improves the overall U-Value. Profiles feature EPDM high quality gaskets and weather brushes to aid weather resistance.
